Kamran is the founder and managing director of KH Consultants. He is an LLB graduate who worked in London for a number of years, both in private practice at city law firm Kennedys and in-house at the Metropolitan Police legal department. He then decided to utilise his legal background by changing his career and joining a globally renowned international recruitment firm in 2006, focussing specifically on the legal sector. Kamran has over 11 years experience of placing lawyers at all levels in the Middle East region, specialising in both private practice and in-house legal recruitment. He was also consistently a global top achiever year on year at his previous firm. Kamran's experience as a specialist legal recruiter and his extensive knowledge of the Middle East recruitment market allows him to consult on a number of matters such as career moves, compensation, market trends, relocation packages and lifestyle benefits. During his extensive years of placing lawyers in the region, Kamran has built up an enviable professional network and is hands-on in managing these relationships in his everyday life.
